Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
2. Steps to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service via the designated email or phone number.
- Provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
- You will receive instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
3. Product Inspection and Completion
- Once the product is received and its condition is verified, we will:
- Replace the product with an identical item, or
- Refund the amount paid using the same payment method.
- The process may take 3 to 7 business days to complete.
4. Non-Acceptable Cases
- Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
- Products with opened packaging (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
- Products returned after the 7-day period from the date of receipt.
5. Return Fees
- If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a Waritex error or a manufacturing defect, Waritex will cover the shipping cost.
