Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Conditions
  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
2. Steps to Request a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact our customer service via the designated email or phone number.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. You will receive instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
3. Product Inspection and Completion
  • Once the product is received and its condition is verified, we will:
    • Replace the product with an identical item, or
    • Refund the amount paid using the same payment method.
  • The process may take 3 to 7 business days to complete.
4. Non-Acceptable Cases
  • Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
  • Products with opened packaging (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
  • Products returned after the 7-day period from the date of receipt.
5. Return Fees
  • If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a Waritex error or a manufacturing defect, Waritex will cover the shipping cost.
