Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All product photos are taken from real Waritex items, and you will receive the exact product shown in the images. Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but the quality and specifications remain exactly the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be sent automatically to your email after placing an order.
You can also view or download it anytime by logging into your My Account page and selecting Orders.

How can I return an item?

You can request a return within the allowed return period by contacting our support team through the Contact Us page or emailing our customer service.
We will guide you through the simple return process and arrange pickup or drop-off depending on your location.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Most out-of-stock items are restocked regularly.
